Originally from the small town of Platteville, Colorado, Kristi Brazell grew up with a love for music and a fascination with the "behind the scenes" side of the music industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in the Music Business from Belmont University. Upon graduation, her internship with Maximum Artist Management grew into a full-time staff position. During her 11-year tenure with the company, Kristi has led several initiatives including helping launch Maxx Music Publishing, which has had multiple #1 hits on the CCM and Country Billboard Charts, as well as handling writer and publisher communications. She eventually moved into working with Grammy-winning writer/producer, Bernie Herms, before shifting into the day-to-day management position for the firm's flagship artist, Natalie Grant who, during Kristi’s term, has garnered seven Grammy nominations along with two albums debuting at #1 on the Billboard charts. In addition to working with Natalie, Kristi also manages the Dare to Be brand, which began as a live event tour for women and has had nearly 100,000 attendees.
